- Pre-Onboarding Refunds: If a cancellation request is submitted before onboarding begins, a refund may be considered at the discretion of AIM Platinum LLC.
- Setup & Onboarding Fees: Setup fees, onboarding fees, and any work already completed are non-refundable.
- Digital Nature of Services: As all services are digital, no physical products are shipped, and refunds cannot be issued for completed work.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice.
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Partial Month Payments: No refunds will be issued for partial months or incomplete service periods.
